If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full/partial refund depending on the issue.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped or out for delivery, cancellations are not accepted.

5. Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
